Content is provided strictly for professional DJ performance and promotional use in closed-circuit or public performance settings only. Redistribution, resale, duplication, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

All website content, logos, graphics, and software are owned by Jeff92 & Ayan Sumania or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except limited access for personal, professional use.

Jeff92 & Ayan Sumania complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright holders may submit a proper DMCA Notice to:

Upon valid notice, infringing content will be removed and offending accounts may be terminated.

Users may submit links to mixes or remixes they own or have rights to. Posting content you do not own or falsely claiming ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.

Jeff92 & Ayan Sumania may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Jeff92 & Ayan Sumania does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeff92 & Ayan Sumania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
